Even worse: On Linux (using Wine) it always takes the loopback interface, so your server registers with 127.0.0.1 for a Dedi-App PIN. It just doesn’t work. The easiest fix would be a override option for the IP address, so the dedicated server won’t bind to the wrong one. Sure you’ll have to make sure, nobody can capture a server this way, but by generating a shared secret this would be totally a non-issue. Learn your stuff first, before publishing a broken app.
