Door Kickers: Action Squad is a crazy old school side scroller action game that puts you in the role of a SWAT trooper and sends you to deal with the bad guys in Nowhere City USA.
Choose your gear, then kick the doors down and face the action. Adapt and react by the seat of your pants, and if needed – restart without a care and rethink. Master weapons recoil and time your reloads, use distance and cover to your advantage and use the in-game Strategic Abilities to decide for yourself when healthpacks or gear refills are needed. I’m having the same issue another commenter mentioned where new levels don’t unlock, even after getting three-star ratings on prior levels. For a while, I found that playing an earlier mission over again could result in the most recent level unlocking, but that doesn’t seem to work anymore and I’m stuck about 1/5th of the way through the campaign. It’s a shame that the progression is busted, because the gameplay itself is fun.

I ran into the same issue that a commenter mentioned, where a new level won’t unlock even after getting a three star rating on the previous level. I noticed earlier that replaying a previous mission can unlock the last level, but it no longer works and I’m stuck about 1/5 of the way through the campaign. It’s a shame that the development is ruined because the game itself is fun.
