I love the game, I’ve spent quite a bit of money on the app as well. I’m disappointed that there’s no function to double check the password at sign up or reset yourself, as well as no way to connect an email without a password- even if the email being provided is the same one the original account email went to. I’m now locked out of an account I’ve paid for with no response from support about a password reset. I want a refund.
