Fun Until Puzzles Grew Tedious. One of the great things about the older games was that some of the puzzles were a little time consuming, but they were pretty simple to solve once you tinkered around a little bit. I am in the secret passage of the first floor of the area where I guess I’m going to unlock my second spell, and I simply cannot get past it. Sure it is difficult, sure if I could solve it it would probably yield a strong sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, but no dice.

Puzzles are fun until you get bored. One of the best things about the old games is that some of the puzzles take a while, but once you’ve been playing for a while, they’re easy to solve. I was in a secret passage in the ground floor area where I thought I would cast my second spell and I couldn’t get through. It’s hard for sure, I’m sure if I did it, it would result in a strong feeling of satisfaction and success, but no dice.
