Been playing off and on for years, paid for the vip pass and a few other bundles along the way. It’s a very fun game. My gripe: upon switching to a new phone, when I cloud synced my data, all of my tech tree progress was reset – on all my devices. This undid dozens of hours of progress and soured an otherwise positive experience. If there’s any way to roll that back or otherwise fix the loss of progress, it would be much appreciated.

I played for years, paying for a vip pass and a few other packages along the way. This is a very fun game. My concern: if I switch to a new phone, if I sync my data to the cloud, all my tech trees will be reset on all devices. This opens many hours of development and reinforces another positive experience. If there is a way to get back or fix the lost progress, it would be greatly appreciated.
