Essence Transfer is a feature of Diablo Immortal that allows players to transfer legendary stats from one gear to another. This process has 2 parts, Removal – removing a legendary stat from an item causes the item to be destroyed. However, materials and gems are automatically obtained from Diablo Immortal during the Split. Also, Legacy is the act of taking a shared legendary stat and transferring it to something else. This process is free, while splitting costs the player 3000 gold.

An example of why adventurers would want to use Essence Transfer for their legendary gear is when they have acquired a weapon that is the same as the current weapon, but with higher base stats. However, their weapons may have a better Legend than inventory weapons. So it would be better if they split the stats of the current weapon and have a new weapon that inherits the same legend.

Therefore, to unlock Transfer Essence, players must speak to NPC Zamina, who provides Allocation and Inheritance services for Legendary Essence equipment in Diablo Immortal. You can find Zamina in Westmarch, the city center of the game. Adventurers arrive in this town after rescuing Wortham and passing the first part of the main campaign.

From there, players can select “Extract” to destroy any equipment, but regain Legendary status and additional gems or materials. Note that this process costs 3000 gold and cannot be continued if you do not have enough Diablo Immortal money.

After obtaining the desired Legend, select the Legacy tab and select the device that will receive the split Legend attribute. After clicking the “Inherit” button, a new screen will open showing the skills “Before inheriting” and “After inheriting”. Select the attributes to use for the new weapon and select “Inherit” at the bottom of the window.

Note that the name and appearance of the element changes with the Legend attribute. So, if you want to keep a weapon or armor for its beauty, you should think twice before making a Legacy item.
